What to Expect at Your First Visit

During your first visit, our team will review your medical history, evaluate your condition, and discuss treatment options. Minor procedures may be performed the same day, but more complex cases may require a follow-up appointment.

IMPORTANT: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Medical Conditions & Medications:
Inform us of any conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, heart valves/joints, rheumatic fever) or medications (blood thinners, aspirin, heart meds) that may affect your treatment.

Please Bring:

Referral form and any recent X-rays
List of current medications
Medical/dental insurance information

For IV Sedation Procedures:

Preoperative consultation is required
Do not eat or drink for at least 8 hours before surgery
Arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home

X-Rays:

Bring recent X-rays or have them sent in advance. Additional imaging can be done in our office if needed.

Insurance & Financing

Financial Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. We bill insurance as a courtesy.

Any balance after 90 days is the patient’s responsibility, and we cannot bill Medicare. Insurance responses typically take 4–6 weeks. Please arrange any payment plans before your procedure.

Advanced Imaging

We use an advanced all-in-one 3D imaging system that provides detailed scans with less radiation than traditional CTs. These high-resolution images allow for precise treatment planning and clear explanation of your surgical plan.
