Payment Options

Insurance

Your insurance coverage is determined by your provider. While we help file claims as a courtesy, approval and payment depend on your insurance company.

Coverage for your procedure may fall under medical, dental, or both.

Please bring all relevant insurance information to your first visit. We’ll verify benefits as best we can, but it’s important to know your plan’s details. Some procedures may not be covered, and certain plans require a referral—please obtain any required referrals before your appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We aim to make your financial experience clear and stress-free. Our team works with you to maximize insurance benefits and assist with billing when possible. Please bring your insurance details to your consultation so we can verify coverage and help with reimbursement.

Medicare Notice

We are an Opt-Out Medicare provider and do not bill Medicare for services. Patients are responsible for all fees related to their care.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Monthly statements are sent out, and most insurance claims are processed within 4–6 weeks.

Flexible Payment Plans

Pre-Treatment Estimates

A detailed estimate of your treatment costs will be provided during your consultation. Upon request, we can submit a prior authorization to your insurance company, which may take up to 30 days to process. Please note: even with prior authorization, insurance approval does not guarantee payment or coverage.
